Account Manager - North and South Carolina

PIC is a leader in the quality industry specializing in 3rd party inspection, sorting, rework, engineering and training and consulting with locations across the United States and Canada. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a dynamic, results oriented Account Manager to promote our inspection services within the automotive sector throughout North and South Carolina. This position will report directly to the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing and work out of a home office ideally located in Spartanburg Area.

Responsibilities:
• Development of new business opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive parts manufacturers
• Responsible for prospecting, delivering planned revenue and strategic planning

Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma preferred in Engineering / Business
• Experience selling to Automotive Parts Manufacturers
• 6+ years experience in Outside Sales
• Knowledge of quality systems and processes a definite asset

Required Skills:
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales quota
• Experience selling to large and medium size corporations
• Experience in preparing proposals and presentations
• Results driven and a passion to succeed
• Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of MS Office
